Silver Spoon Agency Inc (“we”, “our”, or “the Agency”) operates an internal tool that connects authorised staff members to the Google Ads API. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data accessed through this tool.
2. Who This Applies To
This tool is used exclusively by employees and authorised personnel of Silver Spoon Agency Inc. It is not a public-facing application and is not available to the general public.
3. What Data We Access
When an authorised user connects their Google account, the tool accesses:
- Google Ads account data (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, budgets, performance metrics) for accounts the user is authorised to manage
- Basic Google account information (email address and name) to identify the authenticated user
4. How We Use the Data
Data accessed through this tool is used solely for the following purposes:
- Viewing and managing Google Ads campaigns on behalf of clients whose accounts are linked to our Google Ads Manager (MCC) account
- Generating performance reports for internal and client use
- Creating, updating, and optimising ad campaigns and budgets
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, transfer, rent, or share Google user data or Google Ads data with any third parties. Data is accessed only by authorised Silver Spoon Agency staff in the course of their work managing client advertising accounts.
6. Data Storage
This tool does not persistently store Google Ads data. All data is retrieved in real time from the Google Ads API and is not saved to any external database. OAuth tokens used for authentication are stored securely as encrypted environment variables on Google Cloud Run.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- OAuth 2.0 authentication — we never store your Google password
- Encrypted credentials stored as Google Cloud secrets
- Access restricted to authorised Silver Spoon Agency personnel only
- All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
8. Your Rights
Authorised users may revoke the tool’s access to their Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing Silver Spoon Agency’s access.
9. Google API Services
This tool’s use of Google API Services is limited to the scopes required to manage Google Ads accounts on behalf of our clients. Our use of data obtained from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
